No Refund / No Exchange Policy

• No refunds will be issued after payment is successfully completed.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
• Please review product details, specifications, customization options, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions:
A replacement may only be considered if you receive:

• A damaged product during transit
• A defective product
• An incorrect item different from what was ordered

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to review claims and make the final decision regarding replacements.
